Hi, I'm Chantal. I spent 20 years working within the NHS, across oncology, district nursing services, and general hospital settings.

That time taught me that the best care isn't just about the treatment. It's about feeling listened to, unhurried, and genuinely looked after. I started Auris to bring that same approach to ear care in my local community. No busy waiting rooms, no rushed appointments.
